Crawler carrier
-Running system
Hydraulic drive motor, gear reducer, driving wheel, track wheel, crawler supporting wheel and directive wheel.
Rubber crawler installed on the chassis underframe. A strainer on the underframe tensions the rubber crawler.
-Contents in Frame
A guard bar in the frontend of the frame. A protected Cabin, operating mechanism, battery, fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank, cover structure. The width of frame is 2250mm, the exceeding part is mounted by a bolt, which is easy to disassemble.
-Container
The base plate of dump bed is welded with wearable steel plates. The side plate is welded with normal constructional steel plates. A cab protective cover is mounted on dump bed.
The dump bed and protective cover are independent components.
-Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system. The running of the machine is driven by a hydraulic motor. The dump bed is lifted by the cylinder which is controlled by the three position four way valve.
-Electric system： The crawler voltage is 24V
